Gulshan Group, a Noida-based real estate developer, has launched an ultra-luxury residential project — Gulshan Avante — in Sector 16B of Greater Noida (West), also known as Noida Extension (Delhi-NCR).
Spanning across 1.3 acres of prime land, Gulshan Avante will have 92 4BHK luxury apartments, each spanning 3200 square feet (saleable area or super area). With a view to offer privacy and exclusivity, each floor with have only two apartment units.
Prices for the apartments start at Rs 3.5 crore. The company estimates that the total cost of the project will amount to approximately Rs 190 crore. The developer aims to raise sale revenue in excess of Rs 322 crore from this project. The Greater Noida luxury housing project was approved on 10 July 2023 by the UP Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), with UP RERA project registration number UPRERAPRJ860880.
Yukti Nagpal, director of Gulshan Group, expressed excitement about introducing this luxury residential project. The development will be completed by mid-2028, as per the registration details with UP RERA. Gulshan Group will self-fund the project, demonstrating the strong financial foundation of the company.
According to the developer, each apartment in Avante will feature meticulous detail and thoughtful design elements. The apartments will have a floor-to-floor height of 3.50 meters (around 11.5 feet). Bedrooms feature separate dressers to offer convenience and privacy, and an independent servant room is included as well.
One of the standout features of the project is its iconic facade, radiating awe and elegance. The double-height entrance lobbies add a touch of grandeur. Notably, the project includes a complete family sit-out area on the deck, seamlessly connected to the living room and surrounded by lush green landscapes. The apartments also prioritize excellent cross ventilation, ensuring a fresh and airy living environment. Gulshan Group has designed the Avante project as a green building.
