YEIDA Residential Scheme: 1,184 Residential Plots

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) in Gautam Buddha Nagar has launched a residential plot scheme, after its ongoing scheme for apartments.

The scheme has 1,184 plots of various sizes, ranging from 120 to 2,000 square meters. These plots encompass sizes of 120 square meter (sq m), 162 sq m, 200 sq m, 300 sq m, 500 sq m, 1000 sq m, and 2000 sq m.

YEIDA has launched a new residential scheme for plots in Sector 16, 17 & 20 of Yamuna Expressway, after its ongoing scheme for residential flats.

Within these categories, the scheme outlines the distribution of plots as follows: 194 plots in the 120 sq m size, 260 plots in the 162 sq m range, 466 plots in the 200 sq m category, 208 plots in the 300 sq m category, 24 plots in the 500 sq m category, 13 plots in the 1000 sq m size, and 19 plots in the 2000 sq m size.

Application and Draw Details

Applicants for the plot scheme can submit their applications until September 1. A draw is scheduled for October 18 to allocate plots in Sectors 16, 17, and 20 of Yamuna Expressway.

Pricing Structure

The plots within YEIDA’s scheme are available at a rate of Rs 24,600 per square meter, offering competitive pricing for potential buyers in search of residences near the upcoming airport.

Application Process

Applicants can acquire the application form and brochure for a fee of Rs 500 (excluding GST) from the official YEIDA website (www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com).

According to reports, around 6000 had bought application forms and around 820 applicants have already applied for the scheme till 11 August 2023.

YEIDA’s ongoing 2BHK flat scheme in Sector 22D has also garnered attention, with over 3,000 applications for the 468 ready-to-move units. More than 600 applicants have submitted the required security deposit, which amounts to 10 percent of the total flat cost (Rs 42.3 lakh).

In response to the demand, YEIDA has shifted to using a lucky draw mechanism to allocate units more equitably, departing from the initial first-come, first-served approach.
